During NXNE I really had no idea what to expect, we had 20 bands coming to the park and many of them I had never heard before or had never heard of at all. When the Balconies arrived with their classical instruments I became very excited to hear the sounds they were going to make, I think it’s needless to say but I as well as the rest of the crowd was blown away. I became even further impressed when I found out that this was their first time performing their classical set, I consider the opportunity to document it an honor. I would like to apologize for the color correction in this video, Kyle was away on this day and I tend to get flabbergasted and overwhelmed sometimes. The moral of the story is this video does not do the performance justice, so I advise all of you to make your way down to the Ossington this coming Wednesday to see The Balconies perform a very special classical acoustic set for your and my eyes and ears.
